MH CompuTech is a small, friendly business based in Higham Ferrers, Rushden, Northants and we pride ourselves
on giving every customer the personal service that they need, whether it be removing adware/spyware through to
computer installations right up to server maintenance and installations.
We aim to offer same day service to all our service calls but every customer will be kept up to date as to when to expect
an engineer. We also offer software and/or hardware contracts to businesses with the following terms :-
- GRT
4 hour guaranteed response time. This includes all parts and labour.
- Standard
This includes next working day response and labour. Parts will be charged at current list prices.
- T & M
This is technically not a contract. All Parts will be charged at current list prices and labour is charged at the rates shown below.

The GRT and Standard contracts will require a free onsite survey of all the equipment you require on the contract. We will then
quote you by letter the cost per annum.
Charges (non-contract or T & M) :
No Call out charge.
- Weekdays £55.00 per hour.
(Thereafter £27.50 per full 30 minutes plus parts at current list prices)
- Saturday £75.00 per hour
(Saturday £37.50 per full 30 minutes plus parts at current list prices)
- Sunday £80.00 per hour
(Sunday £40.00 per full 30 minutes plus parts at current list prices)
